The young pianist Arta Arnicane plays Edvard Grieg\u2019s Piano Concerto in A minor and is looking forward to the strong energy of her fellow players.<\/h4>\n<p class=\"author\">Interview: Andreas Schweizer<\/p>\n<p class=\"interview question\">Ms Arnicane, what does it mean to you to perform with the Thurgau Youth Orchestra as a soloist in Edvard Grieg\u2019s Piano Concerto in A minor?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arta Arnicane:<\/strong>\u00a0I I\u2019m really looking forward to the rehearsals! There\u2019s always something special about playing with a youth orchestra: a very strong energy, passion, great emotions \u2013 all important things in music.<\/p>\n<p class=\"interview question\">What do you like best about Grieg\u2019s piano concerto, where do you focus your interpretation?<\/p>\n<p>Edvard Grieg\u2019s piano concerto is a wonderful work and has a special meaning for me: It was the first piano concerto that I was allowed to play with the Latvian National Orchestra when I was 15. I always think of that day of my first solo concert with an orchestra. It is wonderful for me to be able to play this concerto again with young musicians.
