There\u2019s always something special about playing with a youth orchestra: a very strong energy, passion, great emotions \u2013 all important things in music.<\/p>\n What do you like best about Grieg\u2019s piano concerto, where do you focus your interpretation?<\/p>\n Edvard Grieg\u2019s piano concerto is a wonderful work and has a special meaning for me: It was the first piano concerto that I was allowed to play with the Latvian National Orchestra when I was 15. I always think of that day of my first solo concert with an orchestra. It is wonderful for me to be able to play this concerto again with young musicians.
